We are pleased to welcome New York Times best-selling, 2022 Golden Sower award-winning author April Henry to the Bennington Public Library. Join us for an author visit at the Library on Thursday, April 13th at 7:00 PM. For readers, writers, and big fans of hers, this event is one you won’t want to miss!

The author talk will cover elements of her personal journey to being a writer. She will discuss how authors shape ideas into stories and the importance of re-writing and editing as part of the writing process. Ms. Henry will also share some thrilling anecdotes from her research – including real life adventures such as being ‘kidnapped’ in an urban escape and evasion class, attending the Writers Police Academy, and taking part in the FBI Citizen’s Academy.
