For Teens Give Back, you will be working closely with the Library and the Bennington Key Club to create seasonal wreaths/door hangers for a few incredible doorways in our community. On the first and third Saturday of the month at 10:30 am a group of therapy dogs from Midlands Pet Therapy will be in the library available to read aloud to. These dogs are gently trained and love spending time with people.

Join us for Storytime on Mondays at 1:00 PM in Centennial Park (weather permitting)! We will read books, sing songs, and have fun! This program lasts for approximately 20-30 minutes. After school STEAM is the second and fourth Wednesday each month at 3:45 pm. STEAM encourages kids to experiment, make mistakes and learn from their own experiences. We will use critical thinking, logical analysis, inquiry and project-based learning during our after school STEAM. Sign up here!

Welcome to our book club! Golden Sower Club is a reading club that is open to any elementary age students, but is best suited for ages 8-12. The purpose of this club is to build relationships with each other while introducing kids to great books and secretly increase their love of reading! We are excited to announce the return of LEGO Club at the library! Join us as we use our imaginations and build together. This program lasts approximately 1 hour. Children of all ages welcome -- an adult must stay with children under age 8. The event will be designed for social distancing. Masks are welcome but not required.
