Volunteer at the Library
The Library welcomes teens ages 11-18 who strive to make a difference in our community. Bennington Public Library volunteers are an amazing group of dedicated individuals who we greatly appreciate for giving so much back to our community.
Volunteers may be asked to complete tasks such as: organizing library materials, shelving books, assisting with events, creating displays, setting up rooms for events, and other cleaning duties.
If you are interested in volunteering, please apply using the VolunTEEN Application link below.
Teen BLAB
Grades 6-12
The Teen Bennington Library Advisory Board (Teen BLAB for short) exists to represent teen interests in the library, encourage leadership and creativity, foster community engagement, and make a positive impact. BLAB members work together with Youth Services Librarian, Johnna Bierman, to develop, plan, and implement programs and services that promote a teen-friendly environment.
Are you interested in joining BLAB? Contact Library Staff for more information.
