Thanks to special partnerships with Lauritzen Gardens, Fontenelle Forest, The Durham Museum and the Omaha Children’s Museum, the Bennington Public Library is pleased to offer free one-day family admission passes. Passes are available for checkout at our circulation desk.
- Each pass is for one-day use for two (2) adults and any children within that household.
- The passes are available for checkout for Bennington Public Library patrons only, aged 18 years and older.
- One checkout per family per week, for each pass partnership.
- Checkout period is for 7 days, and the pass is not renewable.
- No holds can be placed on these passes, and they are available for checkout on a first-come first-serve basis.
- The availability of the passes can be seen on our online catalog. The passes will show as “Available”. Please note, there will be no holds and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Omaha Zoo Tickets
The Bennington Public Library is proud to be a participating library in the Omaha Zoo’s “Zoo & Public Library program”. Our Library distributes free, one-time use tickets to Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium in four sessions per year. The first session begins October 1, the second session begins December 1, the third session begins February 1 and the fourth session begins April 1.
Due to high demand and limited availability of tickets, we ask that patrons limit distribution to one ticket per household, per year.
